Randell (Randy) McShepard is chief talent officer and vice president of public affairs at RPM International Inc. and serves on the board of directors for the Rising Stars Program. In his role at RPM, he leads the organization’s leadership development and executive training initiatives and oversees corporate philanthropy and government relations.

 

Active in his community, McShepard serves as a trustee for The Cleveland Foundation and Destination Cleveland, a director for Citymark Capital LLC, and chairman and co-founder of PolicyBridge. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Baldwin Wallace University and a master’s degree in urban studies from Cleveland State University. He is passionate about empowering underrepresented youth with mentorship and leadership development opportunities.
