Former SVP & General Counsel, MetroHealth

Laura McBride is the former senior vice president and general counsel for MetroHealth and serves on the board of directors for the Rising Stars Program. With a decade of leadership at MetroHealth, she played a key role in overseeing legal strategy and compliance.

McBride has a wealth of experience in healthcare law, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Before joining MetroHealth, she was a partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP, an associate at Calfee, Halter & Griswold, and a program analyst at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office of Inspector General. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from The College of Wooster, a master's degree in evaluative clinical sciences from Dartmouth College, and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
