Laura Brockman is the executive VP of business operations at Tremco CPG and serves on the board of directors for the Rising Stars Program. In her role with Tremco CPG, she leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

With more than 20 years of experience in the building industry, Brockman brings a wealth of expertise in business strategy, operations management and organizational finances. She is committed to fostering innovation and sustainability within the construction sector while supporting programs that create career pathways for underrepresented youth. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Kent State University.
