Brian Stack is vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Tremco CPG and serves on the board of directors for the Rising Stars Program. In his role with Tremco CPG, he oversees all aspects of administrative and regulatory compliance for the company, including internal investigations, policy development and automated compliance processes.

 

Before joining Tremco CPG, Stack was a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and previously worked in marketing and sales management. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Buffalo and a J.D. from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He also attended the SCCE Basic Compliance Academy.
